Perfect for an appetizer or at the time of the aperitif, Dolce Seggiano pecorino cheese goes well with a delicate honey such as acacia or wildflower honey. You can also try to pair it with sweet jams: the onion jam will be perfect! For a very “Tuscan dish”, try to taste this pecorino with raw vegetables “in pinzimonio”. You just need to select your favorite fresh vegetables and dip them in an extra-virgin olive oil-based dressing, to which you can simply add salt and pepper. You can also pair this pecorino with Tuscan cured meats. Finally, at the end of the meal, it meets white grapes, crunchy apple and fresh walnuts. It goes well with new wines, light reds and dry whites.
