Tuscan Pecorino Cheese is excellent on its own, or together with a drizzle of honey or fruit jam. You can also try it with the chili peppers jam. You cannot miss it in the classic Tuscan appetizer. Try to pair it with a Chianti wine or with Tuscan charcuterie. A slice of pecorino together with a slice of Tuscan ham are the perfect ingredients for a delicious and genuine sandwich. You can also add a drop oh honey, to make it even more tasty.
