Artichokes Paté is a tasty, versatile and genuine cream. The undisputed protagonists of this paté are the artichokes of which only the most tender part is retained. The artichokes are then cooked and minced with extra virgin olive oil and few simple ingredients. Sapori della Rocca prepares it according to the original recipe of “Nonna Mary” or Grandma Mary. She is the founder the company and she still preserves all the family recipes.
Tips to taste Artichokes Paté
This paté is an extremely versatile cream. Try it on canapés, bruschetta, “friselline” or “focaccia”: it will add some taste to your dish. It also goes perfectly with a platter of cheeses and cured meats or inside a sandwich. Finally, it can embellish a pasta sauce but not only. For example you can add it when preparing a risotto with artichokes. It will surprise you for its texture and intense flavor.
