Pecorino Cheese with truffle is perfect to serve as an appetizer, paired with cold cuts, especially wild boar. You can enjoy it accompanied by acacia honey or jams. Try it on a slice of roasted bread or to add some taste to a first dish. Ideal for creaming a risotto, it turns into a tasty fresh pasta cream if cut into cubes and left to melt in with two tablespoons of cooking water.
