Cinta Senese Tuscan Salami is a typical salami of the Tuscan tradition. It is particularly appreciated for its delicate but tasty flavor. Just “Cinta Senese DOP” pork is used in the production and the meat is obtained from animals raised in Tuscany in the open air. With an authentic and unmistakable flavor, the fat part is particularly delicate and so soft that it melts in the mouth.
Tips to taste Cinta Senese Tuscan Salami
Cinta Senese Tuscan Salami is a must in Tuscan appetizers. Actually, you can taste it simply on a slice of Tuscan bread or together with Tuscan pecorino cheese. Do not forget a glass of good red wine.

Cinta Senese PDO pork, salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), spices, flavorings. Antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid. Preservatives: E252 potassium nitrate, E250 sodium nitrite.
