Pasta Santoni’s durum wheat egg fettuccine are handcrafted with 100% genuine and natural raw materials from the Marche region. Semolina and fresh eggs are selected from the local agricultural supply chain and are processed according to traditional methods. The pasta is wrapped manually, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures in order to preserve the properties of the grain and ensure the right porosity and roughness.
