You can easily enjoy the seasoned pork shoulder pulp on a platter of appetizers or at aperitif time. You can cut some think slices and accompany them with some Tuscan pecorino or maybe some slices of other Tuscan cured meats, such as salami or Finocchiona. Don’t forget to add a glass of red wine. You can also prepare delicious sandwiches with some thin slices of this delicious cured meat and some pecorino cheese.
