Description
Tuscan salami is a typical salami of Tuscan tradition, appreciated for its delicate but tasty flavor. To produce it, just the best parts of certified porks from Tuscany are used. The meats are minced and mixed with lard, salt and spices, stuffed and left to mature.
Tips to taste Tuscan Salami
This is a must in Tuscan appetizers. To be enjoyed simply on a slice of bread or in combination with Tuscan pecorino cheese and a glass of good red wine.
Ingredients
Pork, salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), spices, flavorings. Antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid. Preservatives: E252 potassium nitrate, E250 sodium nitrite.
