Description
Wild Boar Sausages are mignon salamini, produced using both wild boar and pork meat. This combination of meats makes the flavor sweeter and the consistency softer. These sausages are produced in Tuscany where wild boar is part of culinary tradition and is used in many different recipes.
Tips
Wild Boar Sausages are perfect to prepare tasty and rich appetizers. You can actually slice the sausges quite thick, just with the help of a knife, and accompany them on a mixed board, together with medium-aged cheeses. Do not forget a glass of red wine: a Chianti Classico, mainly made with Sangiovese grape, would be perfect.
Ingredients
Wild boar meat at least 55%, pork, salt, sugars (dextrose, sucrose), spices, flavorings. Antioxidant: E300 ascorbic acid. Preservatives: E252 potassium nitrate, E250 sodium nitrite.
