Toscana in Tavola: Tuscan Food Experience
A food experience to discover Tuscan and Florentine cuisine around one of the two most important markets in the city center: Sant’Ambrogio Market or Central Market. An opportunity to taste many local specialties and to discover the stories of tradition.
The experience includes:
- Visit to one of the two markets (Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio or Mercato Centrale)
- Walk through the most important streets of the neighborhood (San Lorenzo or Sant’Ambrogio)
- 4/5 stops to taste the typical local cuisine, in particular:
Food and tastings included:
- Cheese and salami platter
- First local dish
- Lampredotto
- Ice cream or typical pastry
Drinks included:
- Coffee
- 3/4 glasses of wine
- Waterfall

The tour is available in the morning to visit the market. Possibility of studying an alternative itinerary for the afternoon (excluding the market).
Wine Tasting Experience

We can start with a light wine trekking through history, nature and breathtaking views, in the heart of Tuscany. The walk will lead us among the vineyards and olive trees of the estate we will choose. We will come across suggestive views and immerse ourselves in nature to discover the secrets of wine and oil production.
It will then be time for the wine tasting, accompanied by a tasting of local products and extra virgin olive oil.
Ribotta Experience
Join us in one of the oldest Tuscan traditions: the Ribotta, or the art of sharing the passion for good food and conviviality
Meet our historic family of gastronomes. They are ready to welcome us in the park of their house where once upon a time the people of the town were invited to participate in the ribotta, the cheerful and traditional town meeting dedicated to eating well and in company.
We will start immediately with a delicious typical welcome aperitif to create the right atmosphere. Then it will be time to get to work. Together we will prepare everything needed for ribotta, starting with the typical Tuscan Schiacciata: hands-on, traditional oven and a lot of passion! There will be cheeses, cold cuts and many, many secrets of Tuscan cuisine.
After preparing everything, we will enjoy our ribotta as per tradition, in the cool of the park gazebo.
